Her consulting focuses on entrepreneurship, organisational culture and values development, talent management, customer experience and value, leadership, strategic development and execution, change management and team building.

As a consultant and researcher at the University of Queensland Suzy advised people in business plan development to attract venture finance, and was involved in authoring and educating in Innovation and Entrepreneur Development programs such as the Queensland Enterprise Workshop.

The Team Management Profile^™ was developed and tested in consulting projects at this time. Suzy is one of the most experienced accredited consultants of this tool, has authored a values-based culture diagnostic tool, and is accredited in a range of other quality business diagnostics.
